And I have dedicated my business to assisting new propane providers searching for answers in starting their new business operations, to existing operators trying to meet regulatory and instructional training requirements, and to expanding marketers needing third-party, on-site training, certifications, and compliance manuals.

 

With over 40+ years of experience in safety management and corporate instruction positions, I bring knowledge from the energy, transport, and tech industries, offering seasoned management, regulatory compliance, and directional skills for propane marketer operations.

 

As a consultant for the past 11 years, I have worked with clients coast-to-coast, providing compliance, training, & safety programs to marketers for daily operations.

 

Applying knowledge gained from serving 7 years as a Propane Safety Director overseeing training and safety compliance for a multi-state, multi-unit propane company, I am aware of the constraints in time, employees, and resources to meet these standards.

 

Nationally certified training instructor for a Fortune 200 oil/chemical company since 1993, I am currently a PEP-recognized instructor for PERC's new modular employee training program. I provide a well-versed approach to new employee training and continuing education of a seasoned workforce.

With this experience & skills, I assist companies in developing and updating Operational & Maintenance manuals, Policy & Procedures manuals, and DOT Hazardous Materials Transportation Security Plans while meeting current regulations for propane marketers.
